so i submit the screenshots from the music video i directed a month ago
it's for an indonesian artist rieka roslan, in a duet featuring iwan abdie.
the song is called 'lelah' (trans: exhausted/tired)

The song reflects the exhaustiveness of man and woman in loving relationships, in difficulties to have understandings between all the differences of man and woman. The music video visualizes this irony with mimes characters of man and woman, finding each other in the dark and loneliness, the woman awaits and trapped whilst the man searches for her.
the music video simply reflects a man and woman’s loving relationship in a manner that treats love as a some kind of ‘trap’, that once you get involved, you’ll never be freed entirely. Though, as a woman in traditional beliefs, women trapped forever within the unfair culture and paradigm of love.

When the man finally finds the woman, then they’re trapped together, happily ever after.
